Placing Your First Online Bet

* Find your way around the site using the options to choose the sport and matches you want to bet on, and click the 'Bet Now' button (or similar) to select your bet

* A 'betting slip' will appear on the screen, showing your selections. You can then enter your stake, and click on 'Place Bet' to put your bet on

* Your stake will be withdrawn from your account balance clicking on the 'My Account' option will allow you to view all of your account details and transactions.

American Football betting:

American Football markets will be easy to find on the bookies' websites. From the menu bars, look for American Sports or American Football (or the NFL).

Select the match or event you want to bet on, and look for the bet you need. For example, if you are placing a Handicap bet, you will need to look for the Handicap market for the match in question.

Some bookies list weekly NFL matches by Week Number (such as 'Week One matches').
